What is single-pass bead milling?

It is a route in which material follows a planned path through the mill toward the next stage. The exact number of stages and the acceptable outlet condition still need to be defined for the process.

What is recirculation bead milling?

It is a batch-loop route in which material returns through the mill from a vessel until the defined endpoint is reached. The tank, transfer loop, sampling and cooling interfaces are part of the decision.

Is recirculation always finer or more consistent?

No universal result should be assumed. Feed condition, mill configuration, media, operating conditions, measurement method and material behavior all influence the outcome.

How should the two modes be compared?

Use representative material, the same starting-condition record and the same acceptance test. Compare product result alongside temperature behavior, time, handling, hold-up, cleaning and repeatability.
