A connected line is not a disperser, mill and tank placed side by side. It is a sequence in which each stage prepares a defined material condition for the next.

Line-level decisions

The interfaces decide whether separate machines form one workable process.

Each machine may have a valid individual specification while the combined route still contains an undefined feed, transfer, control or cleaning gap.

Define when wet-out is complete enough for milling, when grinding is accepted and when the final batch is ready to transfer.

Buyer decision FAQ

A process line is defined by interfaces as well as equipment.

Does every dispersion line need a bead mill?

No. A bead mill belongs in the route only when the required particle or dispersion result and the validated process call for wet grinding after pre-dispersion.

What condition should leave the disperser?

Define a feed condition the downstream step can accept, including uniformity, largest expected particles, rheology, temperature and transfer behavior. The exact acceptance method depends on the process.

Can one tank serve more than one stage?

It may be possible, but the batch sequence, working levels, agitation duties, transfer path, contamination risk, cleaning and production schedule must support the combined role.

What should be agreed before line-layout work begins?

Agree the formula route, stage endpoints, production basis, operating mode, transfer and recovery logic, utilities, controls boundary, cleaning sequence, site constraints and package responsibilities.
